America’s Golf Expo
World Golf Skills, LLC and its authorized representatives are hereinafter referred to as “Expo Management.”
- Exhibitors: All America’s Golf Expo exhibitors shall be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and by such amendments or additional rules and regulations, which may be established by Expo Management.
- Payments and Refunds: All expo spaces must be payed in full at the time of reservation. All reservations will be made online via the delegated payment processing portal at www.americasgolfexpo.com/exhibitors and agree to the terms and conditions at the time the reservation is processed. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
- Space Rental and Location Assignments: Expo Management reserves the right to make adjustments to booth space placements in the best interest of the exposition. Whenever possible, space assignments will be made by Expo Management in keeping with the preferences as to location requested by the exhibitor.
- Installation and Removal of Booth Space: Installation of booth space will begin at 8:00am on August 7, 2025 at Bali Hai Golf Club. All exhibit spaces must be up and ready for exhibition by 10:00am. Loading and unloading areas will be made available on the western corner of the facility in addition to an area for exhibitor parking. Exhibit removal will begin at 7:00pm on the night of August 7, 2025. Removal of exhibits prior to 7:00pm is not prohibited.
- Shipping and Storage: Bali Hai Golf Club has made storage space available for the storage of exhibit space equipment and materials.

Exhibitors shipping materials to Bali Hai Golf Club agree to hold Expo Management, Bali Hai Golf Club, and any agents, servants, employees, and contractors of the expo harmless in the event of theft or damage to any materials. - Use of Space Aisles: All aisle space must be kept clear. Interviews, demonstrations and distribution of literature must be done inside the exhibitor’s delegated booth space. Exhibit must be staffed during all expo hours. No loud speakers will be allowed in the exhibit area unless previously approved in writing by Expo Management. Small sound amplification systems may be used, but the sound must be inoffensive to neighboring exhibitors. Lotteries, drawings, or prize contests of any kind sponsored by individual exhibitors are subject to Expo Management’s approval in writing.
- Demonstrations/Conduct: The rights of an exhibitor shall not be infringed upon by any other exhibitor. Interviews, demonstrations, and/or distribution of literature must be made within the exhibitor’s delegated booth space. Canvassing outside of booth is forbidden.
- Audio/Video Devices: Motion picture projectors and other apparatus must conform to the state and/or city fire regulations. Electrical wiring must conform with the local fire codes. Loud speakers, radios, television sets, or the operation of any machinery or equipment which is sufficient volume as to be disturbing to neighboring exhibitors will not be permitted. Tables or platforms on which the monitor is placed cannot exceed a height of 42 inches. All display decor including draperies and other fabrics, must be fire retardant before entering into the decoration of any exhibit.
- Food and Beverage: All exhibitors wishing to sell or distribute food and beverage during the expo must be cleared in writing through Expo Management prior to the start of the expo. Exhibitors wishing to sell or distribute food and beverage should contact Expo Management at [email protected].
- Soliciting: Only registered exhibitors will be admitted into the exhibition area. Soliciting or canvassing the exhibition area without the proper registration credentials is prohibited.
- Public Policy: Exhibitors are charged with knowledge of all laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, and public safety as an exhibitor in this event. Compliance with such laws is mandatory for all exhibitors and sole responsibility is that of the exhibitor.
- Subleasing of Booth Space: An exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the space assigned or have representatives, equipment, or materials from firms other than their own in the exhibit space without the expressed written consent of Expo Management. Nor rights or privileges derived by the exhibitor under these terms and conditions shall be assigned or transferred.
- Rejection of Applicants/Exhibitors: Expo Management reserved the right to reject any applicant and reserves the right to regain possession of any exhibition space by refunding the applicant or exhibitor with the full amount paid for the exhibition space.
- Change of Expo Times, Location, or Floor Plan: Expo Management reserves the right to change the time, location, and floor plan of the expo with no advanced notice based on the best interest of the exposition.
- Cancellation of Expo: In the event of a cancellation of the exhibition by Expo Management for any reason outside of inclement weather or acts of God, Expo Management will refund exhibitors for the full amount of the paid exhibition space. In the event the exhibition is cancelled or impacted due to inclement weather or any other acts of God, exhibitors will not receive a refund of their exhibition space.
- Americans with Disabilities Act: Exhibitors acknowledge their responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act to make their booths accessible to handicapped persons. Exhibitors shall also indemnify and hold harmless Expo Management against cost, expense, liability or damage which may be incident to, arise out of, or be cause by exhibitors failure to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Care of Facilities and Equipment: Exhibitors and their agents shall not injure or deface any part of the exhibit facilities, the booths, or booth contents or show equipment and decor. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged.
- Liability & Insurance: All property of the exhibitor remains under their custody and control in transit to and from the exhibit space and while it is in the confines of the exhibit space. Expo Management is not responsible for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, accident, vandalism or other causes, and the exhibitor expressly waives and releases any claim or demand they may have against Expo Management by reason of any damage to or loss of any property of the exhibitor. It is recommended that exhibitors obtain adequate insurance coverage, at their own expense, for property loss or damage and liability for personal injury.
It is expressly acknowledged that Expo Management has not purchased insurance of any kind for the benefit of the exhibitor, nor is Expo Management under any obligations to do so. The exhibitor agrees to obtain the following insurance coverage during this event, including move in and move out days, and be prepared to furnish a certificate of insurance if requested: a) Comprehensive general liability insurance coverage including protective and contractual liability coverage of $250,000/$500,000 for bodily injury and $50,000 property damage: b) Employers liability insurance with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident: c) Worker’s Compensation coverage in full compliance with federal and state laws: d) Comprehensive General Automobile Liability insurance covering owned, non-owned and hired vehicles including loading/unloading hazards with bodily injury limits of $250,000/$50,000 and property damage limits of $100,000. - Indemnification: Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold and save Expo Management and Bali Hai Golf Club whole and harmless of, from and against all claims, demands, actions, damages, loss, cost, liabilities, expenses and judgments recovered from or asserted against Expo Management on account of injury or damage to person or property to the extent that such damage or injury may be incident to, arise out of, or be caused, either on the part of exhibitor or any of its agents, servants, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees or invitees or of any other person entering up the facilities leased hereunder with the express or implied invitation or permission of an exhibitor, or when any such injury or damage is the result, proximate or remote, of the violation by an exhibitor or any of its agents, servants, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees or invitees of any law, ordinance or governmental order of any kind, or when any such injury or damage may in any other way rise from or out of the occupancy or use by an exhibitor, its agents, servants, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees or invitees of the facilities leased hereunder. Such indemnification of Expo Management and Bali Hai Golf Club by an exhibitor shall be effective unless such damage or injury may result from the sole negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct of Expo Management. Exhibitors covenant and agree that in case Expo Management and Bali Hai Golf Club shall be made a party to any litigation commenced by or against and exhibitor or relating to this lease of the facilities leased hereunder, the exhibitor shall and will pay all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, incurred by or imposed upon Expo Management by virtue of any such litigation.
Additional Regulations: Any and all matters not specifically covered by the preceding terms and conditions shall be subject solely to the decision of Expo Management. The Expo Management shall have full power to interpret, amend, and enforce these terms and conditions, provided exhibitors receive notice of any amendments when made. Each exhibitor and its employees agrees to abide by the foregoing terms and conditions and by any amendments or additions thereto in conformance with the preceding sentence. Exhibitors or their representatives who fail to observe these conditions of contract or who, in the opinion of Expo Management, conduct themselves unethically may immediately be dismissed from the exhibit area without refund or other appeal.
Consent and Release
I understand and agree with all of the associated rules, policies, and eligibility requirements for America’s Golf Festival as found online at www.americasgolffestival.com and may be changed from time to time. I further understand and agree that all decisions of World Golf Skills, LLC, a North Dakota Limited Liability Company (“World Golf Skills”), its agents and employees with regard to America’s Golf Festival, including eligibility, qualifying, participation, scoring, handicapping, play, standing, and prizes are final.
I acknowledge that my participation in America’s Golf Festival and related events may result in injury, whether to myself or a third party or parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of World Golf Skills, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and sponsors for any and all injuries sustained by myself or any third party or parties as a result of my participation. I understand that my participation in the America’s Golf Festival is at my own risk.
I hereby grant World Golf Skills its affiliates and assigns consent to use my name, likeness, quotes, photos, video and still images and recordings of my voice and that of my family in connection with America’s Golf Festival (collectively all of the foregoing the “Images”), with or without my name or identifying information and for any lawful purpose, in any format, now known or later developed, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and/or Web content. I understand that there is no time limit on the validity of any of the consents and releases granted hereunder nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. Upon any fixing of the Images in any medium, all right and ownership to those materials shall pass to World Golf Skills, and World Golf Skills may copyright, trademark or otherwise protect its rights in such materials in its discretion.
I understand that any Image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published and/or distributed, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the Images prior to use. I understand that the Images or any part of them may be modified to be used as design elements. I will not hold World Golf Skills responsible for any use or misuse of the Images. I agree to hold harmless World Golf Skills from any and all actions, claims, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of all or any part of the Images or editorial or comment which may accompany the Images in their displayed format.
Further, I waive any right to royalties and/or any other type of compensation arising from or related to the use of any Image. I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless World Golf Skills and its agents and/or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, or on Web sites, from any claim, damages, and/or liability arising from and/or related to the use of the photographs/video, including, but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, and/or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.
Authorized consent to these terms and conditions are granted freely, and without obligation. I further understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding these terms and conditions by submitting those questions in writing prior to providing my authorized consent, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of these terms and conditions. I also understand that these terms and conditions are governed by the internal laws of the State of North Dakota.
