By clicking "Submit" below, I acknowledge that 1) each member of my team (and the parents/legal guardians of any team members under the age of 18) have read and understood the official rules listed for each event at www.americasgolffestival.com and the associated terms and conditions and 2) each of the foregoing has given me their express written authorization to agree to submit the application (including and change to or cancellation of the application) and to agree to the terms and conditions on each of their behalf.
  
  Bali Hai Golf Club: I and my team members agree to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bali Hai Golf Club, Cili and its employees and agents against all claims, losses or damage to persons or property arising out of or connected with the Partee Scramble. This includes any damages or injuries that result out of the usage of any Bali Hai golf carts and facilities. Bali Hai Golf Club and Cili are not responsible for loss of or damage to any property that is brought to the facility by hosts or attendees before, during or after the event. Bali Hai Golf Club and Cili are not responsible for any shipment charges of items left behind by hosts or attendees.
  
  Platinum Tees: The Platinum Tees caddies are available for 5 hours only at the negotiated rates. Gratuity is also not included and greatly appreciated for the caddies.
